Who processes refunds
CyberActive AI subscriptions are sold directly by Cyberactive, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all CyberActive AI orders. Card payments are processed by our payment service provider, Stripe Payments Europe Limited ("Stripe"). Refunds are issued by Cyberactive and returned via Stripe to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email our support team at support@cyberactiveai.com from the email address on your account, including your order date and reason for the request (optional). You can also start a cancellation from your account settings and reply to the confirmation email to request a refund.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals and cancellations
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current period. If you cancel within 30 days of the original purchase you can also request a refund as described above.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any statutory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.
