Who processes refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all CyberActive AI orders. Refunds are handled by Paddle in line with the Paddle Refund Policy and the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund in one of two ways:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. From there you can request a refund directly.
- Email our support team at support@cyberactiveai.com with your order details and we'll help you process the refund.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals and cancellations
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net — cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current period. If you cancel within 30 days of the original purchase you can also request a refund as described above.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any statutory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.
